As the Financial Controller at Cultural Associates Oxford, Iwona brings over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, underpinned by a robust educational background. She holds an ACCA qualification, a globally recognised certification that has equipped her with in-depth knowledge of financial management, reporting, and strategic decision-making. Prior to earning the ACCA, Iwona completed a BA in Accounting from the University of Bedfordshire and an MA in Accounting from the University of Economics in Katowice, which together laid a solid foundation for her career in the financial sector.

In her previous roles as Financial Controller, Iwona successfully managed all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. She played a key role in streamlining financial processes and implementing cost control measures, significantly improving the company's financial efficiency.

Iwona is proficient in managing and analysing complex financial data, which enables her to provide valuable insights and recommendations to support organisational decision-making. Her analytical skills are complemented by proficiency in a range of financial software, including Microsoft Navision, SAP, Xero, QuickBooks, Power BI, and MS Office, particularly Excel. This technical expertise allows her to leverage technology to enhance financial reporting accuracy and streamline operations, ensuring that the company’s financial systems are both robust and adaptable.
