Business development consultant and lead facilitator for the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School’s scenario planning team (executive education, open programmes). Zindzi works with research, education, and public service organisations to create learning environments and content that foster strategic conversations.

Prior to this Zindzi worked at the University of Oxford as a business engagement and partnerships manager and held business development roles. This included relationship management and senior project management responsibilities for the adoption of new business practices, income generation, and audience development.
She has over ten years of third sector experience volunteering for vulnerable women and children's development organisations and started her career at Oxfam GB working in the trading division.
